Before I visited Dr. Echols, I was having problems with lethargy and fatigue. It seemed no matter how much sleep I got, I was always so exhausted that I was dragging my body around to try to get through the day. I couldn’t focus very well, I was irritable and I was having headaches regularly. This wasn’t just uncomfortable, but made it nearly impossible to care for my two sons—one 2 years old and the other, 4-months-old. Then I started having problems with pain in my back and neck.

I went to Dr. Echols to get an adjustment for the pain in my back and neck. But while I was there, he asked me about any other problems I was having and so I told him about the fatigue. He gave me some nutritional testing and advice on how to change my diet to improve my condition. He also suggested I take some Standard Process supplements to help my body recover.

Within days, I felt a thousand times better! I had more energy, I was more alert, happier and could focus. I found myself having more determination and vigor! No more headaches, no more dragging myself through the day. I even became more optimistic and motivated. I also lost about 8 lbs in less than two weeks!

Amazingly, I was also having improvements in areas that I had never suspected could be handled with nutrition. Before, I would get any kind of insect bite and it would swell up and turn red and look like a golf ball was lodged beneath my skin. The area would turn blue and purple – like a bruise. It was horrible! But since I’ve incorporated the changes that Dr. Echols suggested, I get an insect bite and it barely shows up at all! I don’t have to deal with the swelling, pain and itching like I used to! It’s amazing!
